I begin with a list of the RICH1 work packages.
It's just a reminder -  clearly we don't intend to cover every item at
every meeting.

1. Magnetic Shielding
2. Gas Enclosure
3. Quartz Windows
4. VELO seal
5. Exit Window / seal
6. Spherical Mirrors
7. Flat Mirrors
8. HPD mechanics and cooling
9. Radiators  Aerogel and C4F10 gas
10. Alignment, Monitoring & Control
11. Handling tools
12. Installation procedures

At tomorrow's meeting I propose that we hear the status from:
1. Magnetic shield - Marcello
2. Gas enclosure - Oxford/ICL
2.1 design - Rohan
2.2 meetings with manufacturers - Tony/Oxford
2.3 tender documents - Dave
6. Be mirrors - CERN/Bristol
6.1 Prototype status - Carmelo
6.2 Production order - Carmelo
6.3 Drawings - Richard
6.4 Support design - Bill
8. HPD mechanics - Dave

Other items may be proposed - and there will not be time to have a full
discussion on of everything - the aim is
inform on status, identify problems and bottlenecks that need to
addressed, and an action list. Fabio will circulate notes following the
meeting.
