Dear all,

First of all, sorry that you only receive this now. I attempted to send it
out before rushing to catch a train this morning, and blundered.
I propose that we hear status reports from the following:
Actions from last meeting on 18 March (see Nick's notes) are noted with
items

1. Magnetic shield status - Marcello
 	ACTION: Marcello to provide delivery dates for all items
		including rails by next meeting
2. Gas enclosure - Oxford/ICL
2.1 meetings with manufacturers - Tony/Oxford
2.2 status of tender (action) - Dave
2.3 remaining work - Trevor
4. VELO Seal status - Mike
4.1 action: draft drawings to EDMS for comment by VELO team
5. Exit window status - Mike

meeting.
